Upon Receiving the handover notice the below steps need to be completed prior to collecting the keys:

- Payment linked to handover to be paid by the due date
- Registration for Title Deed to be completed with DLD at the time of the appointment
- Registration of Utilities to be completed on or before the appointment
- Service Charges to be paid for 6 months in advance, before the appointment date
