    Once your bank has finalized the process and would like to proceed with the payment, you will be required to register the mortgage with Dubai Land Department. This is done at our customer care center through an appointment and the below documents are required which will be uploaded on DLD website. The owner along with the bank representative need to attend. DP will initiate DSR for Mortgage Final Title Deed, subject to all requirements and fees are made as mentioned below and execute submission. Once DSR is complete, DP will handover DSR copy to bank in exchange for the Manager's cheque. It will take approximately 5 working days for the Title Deed to be issued, after which the bank needs to provide NOC for Key Handover to mortgagee.

    All Outstanding/ Overdue/penalties must be cleared (If applicable) 
    Colored Passport copy of owner and residence visa  
    Colored copy of the Emirates ID (UAE residents) or Other International ID for non-residents  
    Copy of Approved Offer letter (loan amount to match outstanding amount) 
    Copy of Mortgage Contract from the bank signed and stamped by all parties – From Bank 
    Copy of NOC for Dubai Land department for Title deed registration (Arabic letter) – From Bank  
    Handover payment in Managers Cheque to be with Bank representative– From Bank

    AED 1050 Mortgage Registration fees Debit/ Credit Card 
    AED 525 Admin fees Debit/ Credit Card 
    AED 787.50 Emirates Real Estate Solution Debit/ Credit Card  
    0.25% of mortgage Value + 290 + 540 Debit/ Credit Card – (as per DLD) this is for mortgage registration for Dubai Land Department.
