If Handover being completed by POA - Clear POA Copy and ID of POA holder along with Owner(s) IDs
If Finally payment done via mortgage - NOC for Key Handover from the Bank
Receipt of Payment which is linked to handover installment  
Manager's Cheque if owner would like to make payment on the day of appointment
Cheques - In case of PHPP - No. of cheques as per the Payment plan to be provided as PDCs
Utility Registration Proof - If paid before Handover Appointment
Service Charge Receipt (6 months in advance) - If paid before Handover Appointment
Credit Card - For Payments related to DLD Registration & Service Charges & Utility Payments
